汉语四字词语（汉英对照）即将付印

五千词语配英译，逐字推敲甚认真。

日夜操劳出成果，新书献给故乡人。

注：我和故乡开平的三位英语老师合作，编写汉英对照《常用四字词语》，供中小学生之用。

     编者的话

      我们编写《汉语四字词语》的时候，在汉语拼音标调、撮口呼、轻声上作了如下改动：
   1.声调符号使用电脑键盘上的符号，一律标在音节后面，例如：
山 shan- 明 ming/ 水 shui> 秀 xiu`
风 feng- 调 tiao/ 雨 yu>   顺 shun`  
第三声用>，不用字母v.

   2.撮口呼韵母一律不用上面加两点，即：
yu 迂 yue约 yuan冤 yun晕  lyu吕 nyu女
lue略 nue虐                                                     

   3.轻声在词语末尾不标,在多音词语中间标为"."。例如：
黑不溜秋 hei-bu.liu-qiu-
糊里糊涂 hu/li.hu/tu
车个螺丝 che-ge.luo/si-
袜子后跟 wa`zi.hou`gen-
   
   4.由于声调符号已有隔音作用，隔音符号“'”就不用了。例如：
西安事变　xi-an-shi`bian`
英雄儿女  ying-xiong/er/nyu>

十指能操作，千篇可找寻。

过去我只知道,在电脑中装上DOS和foxbase,在数据库状态下可以检索，今天经行家指点，在windows中，点开编辑，用查找功能，使用文本文件也可以检索。

给有电子阅览室的的图书馆提供《汉语四字词语》的电子版本和一本纸质打印稿，就不用联系出版社出版了
